EU dispute resolution

In accordance with the Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (ODR Regulation, ODR-VO), we would like to inform you about the online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform).
Consumers have the option of submitting complaints to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. You will find the necessary contact details above in our legal notice.

However, we would like to point out that we are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws. However, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this.
